Order Status Tool
You're busy. We know that. And your time is valuable. We know that too. In the same way that its easier and more convenient for you to login to your bank's website to check your balance than it is to call or wait in a long line, we have created an online Order Status Tool to make it easy for you to get the information you need about your order.
The Order Status Tool allows you to:
- Receive an order confirmation email.
- View real time progress of your order 24/7 as it moves through the assembly process.
- Send questions or comments that you have while viewing an order to our production staff.
- See updated statistics regarding the number of orders shipped and any documented returns with our Quality Dashboard. This provides you with an overall quality percentage which, across our entire client base, is higher than 99.9%.
- Receive a shipping confirmation email. If the items are sent by FedEx or UPS, the email includes a tracking number.
- View and print invoices of completed orders from your Order History.
If instead of consignment, you choose to drop ship your components to PEMEA, the tool also lets you:
- See at anytime how much of your inventory we have on hand.
- Find out how much inventory will be used based on the number of assemblies you would like us to build.
- See if any component quantities will be short and by how much.
- Order components easily with the provided direct links to your vendor's product pages.
- View a complete inventory transaction history for each component.
